Our work focuses on inclusion and building communities where everyone has the opportunity to thrive and fully participate in everything society has to offer. The Program Coordinator supports individuals with disabilities by teaching, coaching, and modeling the skills needed to participate fully in family, community, cultural, and civic activities. The role focuses on helping individuals build meaningful relationships, make informed choices, and engage in experiences that promote independence and personal growth.
