WHAT YOU WILL DO The Program Coordinator supports the Retail Specialist Division by driving operational efficiency, data excellence, and creative enablement across programs. This role partners closely with Program Managers and Retail Specialist leadership to ensure the division operates seamlessly, scales effectively, and communicates performance clearly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including database management, formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
  • High proficiency in PowerPoint and Canva with a strong design eye and the ability to create polished, executive-ready materials.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
  • High systems agility with the ability to quickly learn new platforms and implement scalable processes.
  • Operational mindset with a continuous improvement approach to improving workflows, tools, and team efficiency.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively recommend solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Demonstrated ownership mentality with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to work.
  • Ability to balance structured execution with creative, innovative thinking.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong experience with Smartsheet, including workflows, dashboards, and automations — highly preferred.
  • Experience designing dashboards, reporting tools, or operational workflows strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting field teams, retail programs, or multi-market operations preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a central operational and analytical support resource for the Retail Specialist Division.
  • Build tools, resources, and systems that directly enhance the effectiveness of Retail Specialists in-market.
  • Support Program Managers in delivering clear expectations, performance visibility, and consistent execution across Retail Specialist teams.
  • Optimize Smartsheet workflows used to track Retail Specialist activity, performance, and program deliverables.
  • Build and maintain Excel-based databases to support Retail Specialist reporting, tracking, and analysis.
  • Manage dashboards that provide real-time visibility into Retail Specialist KPIs, program progress, and field execution.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all Retail Specialist reporting systems.
  • Design and produce high-quality decks, presentations, and materials that support Retail Specialist programs using PowerPoint, Keynote and Canva.
  • Create and maintain assets such as one-sheeters, handbooks, playbooks, and training tools tailored for Retail Specialists.
  • Translate data and strategy into clear, visually compelling storytelling that supports alignment across leadership, Program Managers, and field teams.
  • Take an outside-the-box approach to identifying operational inefficiencies within the Retail Specialist division.
  • Proactively recommend improvements to workflows, reporting, tools, and communication that enhance team efficiency and program scalability.
  • Partner with Program Managers to evolve how Retail Specialist programs are structured, supported, and executed.
  • Collaborate with Program Managers to streamline reporting processes and improve transparency across Retail Specialist programs.
  • Monitor timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure Retail Specialist initiatives stay on track.
  • Provide hands-on operational support to help Program Managers and Retail Specialists meet program objectives.
  • Support onboarding of new Retail Specialists by helping build and maintain training materials, dashboards, and system access.
  • Create documentation and resources that support consistent onboarding and ongoing development.
  • Develop reports, presentations, and videos that communicate Retail Specialist program impact and performance.
