How you’ll make an impact in this role Direct Physician Support: You will be the primary administrative resource for our physicians, handling critical transactional items like processing dues, continuing education expenses, and travel reimbursements. Operational Management: Manage the day-to-day operations and administrative tasks for assigned programs, ensuring smooth function and delivery. Meeting and Event Coordination: Coordinate and schedule various physician meetings and play a key role in the execution of the primary care summit. Financial and Supply Management: Ensure accuracy by processing invoices for payment and managing office supply inventory and ordering. Project Team Facilitation: Support Program Managers by coordinating activities across project teams, aiding in project planning, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders. Program Oversight: Contribute to program stability by coordinating risk and issue management, and enhancing accountability through data analysis, reporting, and documentation management. What minimum requirements you’ll need Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education OR experience, if applicable. What additional preferences we're seeking This role requires exceptional organizational skills and a focus on detail to ensure smooth physician support and program execution. Strong experience in a high-volume administrative or program support role, preferably within a healthcare or medical group setting. Experience with financial processing and event coordination is highly desired.
