About The Position

This role offers an exciting opportunity to support a dynamic, multi-platform initiative focused on amplifying culturally rooted Hispanic stories of Christian faith. The Program Coordinator will work closely with program leaders, storytellers, artists, and community partners to ensure smooth execution across multiple program areas, including short documentaries, music, visual arts, digital media, and storytelling programs. This position requires a creative, organized, and proactive individual who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Success in this role directly impacts community engagement and the ability to share meaningful stories that inspire curiosity, reflection, and cultural understanding. The role is primarily remote, with occasional travel for events, recording sessions, and partner engagement.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Arts, Communication, Social Sciences, Divinity, Ministry, Administration, or a related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination or related roles (5 years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Hispanic cultural storytelling and Christian traditions.
  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
  • Experience working with faith-based, arts, or community organizations.
  • Excellent organizational, coordination, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Proficiency with technology systems and ability to manage virtual and in-person events.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships across diverse groups and networks.
  • Passion for storytelling, community development, and the organization’s mission and values.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate online and in-person meetings with stakeholders, ensuring seamless logistics and follow-up.
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing program events and initiatives across multiple platforms.
  • Provide administrative support, including calendar management, program documentation, and stakeholder guidance.
  • Prepare and support development of program materials, including presentations, handouts, guides, and online resources.
  • Track, document, and maintain accurate records of program activities, participation, feedback, and financial transactions.
  • Manage internal program communication platforms such as email, SharePoint, newsletters, and text communications.
  • Support development of program reporting, contributing to systems that capture key metrics and outcomes.
  • Foster relationships with partners, storytellers, artists, and community members to promote engagement and program success.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in alignment with program goals and organizational needs.
