We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Program Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Furniture Rentals division. This role is critical in ensuring seamless delivery, setup, and maintenance of furniture rentals while supporting efficient communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams. Support of general operational tasks may be required.

  • Manage scheduling and logistics for furniture deliveries, installations, pickups, and service calls in coordination with Operations Assistant
  • Be available on site as needed for pick ups and deliveries
  • Oversee inventory tracking, warehouse coordination, and quality control of rental items (with Arnoff)
  • Serve as the main point of contact for field staff, ensuring timely dispatch and support
  • Coordinate with clients to confirm service needs, delivery timelines, and special requests
  • Monitor work orders, invoices, and service documentation for accuracy and timeliness
  • Implement and maintain operational processes to improve efficiency and client satisfaction
  • Support budget management, expense tracking, and vendor relationships
  • Provide regular reporting on operational performance and service quality
  • Complete move in inspections for all PCA units not just furniture rental units
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely service to all units
  • Attend seminars, conferences as requested to support sales of FR
  • Complete unit/furniture condition inspections upon request or on a semi annual basis.
  • Support Operations/accounting with various office tasks
  • Any reasonable task assigned by manager
  • AP/AR entry for all furniture rental vendors
  • Previous experience in operations, logistics, or field service management preferred
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills with both internal teams and external clients
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with scheduling software, inventory systems, and Microsoft Office/Google Suite a plus
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for inspections/deliveries/pick ups as needed. Some local travel required.
