In partnership with twenty-six Counties and Behavioral Health Departments across California, Psynergy provides rehabilitation and specialty mental health services to individuals afflicted with complex and chronic mental illness. Our adjoining outpatient clinics provide and support the highest levels of service to our clients. About You We are seeking someone who is passionate about working with residents. The Program Coordinator creates and implements facility groups and activities. Coordinating all aspects of an assigned program.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent – preferred

Responsibilities

Ensure that CCR Title XXII regulatory agency and facility requirements, including facility documentation standards, financial records and program assets are maintained.
Manages the implementation of policies and practices to ensure the consistent quality of service delivery and compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory bodies.
Implements standards of care and assists staff to work effectively and efficiently with residents. Participates in program development to ensure responsive care consistent with emerging client needs.
May assist with client needs as coordinated by client case managers, conservator, family members, etc.
Participates in and leads facility meetings and training as assigned or required.
