This position is based in Boston, MA and offers a hybrid work schedule, with an expectation for employees to be on-campus a few days each month on a rotating basis. Provides specialized, subject matter knowledge to develop, implement, review and evaluate a university Program or Project in collaboration with Manager or Director. Participates in developing curriculum goals and strategies; creates data management and filing systems; develops, analyzes and monitors curriculum budgets and curriculum software contracts and troubleshooting; participates in development and implements marketing and advertising efforts including writing content for website. Conducts research and drafts reports and results. May oversee recruitment and management of study subjects. Coordinates hiring and training of staff and temporary help. Handles complex and confidential situations and requests and serves in a highly visible capacity as a resource for department with students, staff, faculty and other constituents. The Program Coordinator for the DPT Program-Boston is a full-time employee. Full- time employment is based on 35 hours per week. Evening and weekend hours will be required during on-site clinical skills labs that occur up to 2 times each semester and for occasional program-related events.
