About The Position

The Stroke Program Coordinator is responsible for the operational activities of the Stroke program. The coordinator understands the needs of the organization, supports its mission and values, and ensures the efficiency of stroke services. The Stroke Program Coordinator coordinates the clinical aspects of the Stroke program, acts as a liaison to the community for the Stroke program, maintains the knowledge and skills necessary to assure proficiency in the care of stroke patients, facilitates an interdisciplinary approach to stroke care, and participates in the collection and monitoring of data for quality improvement. Requirements

  • Registered Nurse Required
  • Bachelor's Degree Nursing Required
  • 3 Years Clinical - Neuroscience Required
  • 5 Years Nursing Required

Nice To Haves

  • Master's Degree Nursing Preferred
