Job Summary Supports the department in the planning, implementation and analysis of efforts to improve the quality and efficiency of processes critical to conducting clinical research, implements technology solutions/systems for the administrative review and approval of research projects to ensure compliance with regulations and institution policies. Facilitates continuous improvement of research administration workflows by reporting on key metrics and other evaluation data. Develops training materials and tools to promote compliance and best practices.
