About The Position

The Group Home Program Coordinator is responsible for the daily oversight, coordination, and administration of a Developmental Disabilities Division (DDD) licensed residential program. This role ensures that services are person-centered, compliant with all regulatory requirements, and aligned with organizational values. The Program Coordinator supports residents’ individual goals, and maintains a safe, structured, and nurturing environment.

Requirements

Minimum of 2–3 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
Strong understanding of DDD regulations and licensing standards
Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience with planning documents, BTP, etc.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass background checks and meet state compliance requirements

Responsibilities

Ensure the group home operates in full compliance with DDD regulations, policies, and licensing requirements
Maintain accurate documentation, records, and reporting in accordance with state and agency standards
Prepare for and participate in audits, inspections, and quality assurance reviews
Update and maintain accurate ratio requirements for each house
Oversee implementation of Individual Support Plans (ISPs) and behavior support plans
Ensure residents receive high-quality, person-centered care that promotes independence and dignity
Prepare for and attend resident planning meetings
Advocating for member needs in meetings
Schedule legal meetings for residents
Serve as the primary liaison between families, guardians, case managers, and external providers
Respond to incidents, emergencies, and critical situations in a timely and professional manner
