Role Overview The Patient Advocate Coordinator is a consultative sales professional and revenue driver responsible for converting patient interest into committed treatment. This role owns the full patient journey, from initial inquiry through consultation, financial commitment, and surgical scheduling, with a relentless focus on closing and case acceptance. This is not a passive coordination role. The PAC actively guides, influences, and closes patients through high-value treatment decisions by building trust, communicating urgency, and clearly articulating the value of care. Working cross-functionally, the PAC ensures every qualified patient is moved forward with intention, eliminating drop-off and maximizing schedule and revenue performance. This position includes a strong incentive bonus structure in addition to the hourly wage. Role Impact & Sales Accountability The Patient Advocate Coordinator is directly accountable for conversion, case acceptance, and revenue generation. Success in this role is defined by the ability to: Convert inbound interest into scheduled consults Drive consults to financial commitment Relentlessly follow up and close unconverted opportunities Maximize production through full-arch case acceptance This role requires a closer’s mindset where no qualified patient is left without a clear next step, and no opportunity is left unworked. Primary Sales & Revenue Performance Objective Own and drive consult conversion and revenue outcomes by closing high-value full-arch cases through confident case presentation, effective objection handling, and persistent follow-up. Maintain full ownership of the pipeline, ensuring every patient progresses efficiently from: Inquiry ? Consult ? Financial Commitment ? Surgical Scheduling Consistently meet or exceed monthly production targets by: Creating urgency Reinforcing value Eliminating barriers to decision-making Closing with confidence and clarity

  • Skilled in objection handling, urgency creation, and financial conversations

  • Ability to manage and convert a multi-stage sales pipeline

Responsibilities

  • Leading patients through the consult and financial decision process
  • Identifying and overcoming hesitation in real time
  • Creating clarity, confidence, and urgency around treatment
  • Ensuring every interaction drives toward a clear commitment or next step
  • Execute persistent, high-quality follow-up on all unclosed consults until a decision is reached
  • Re-engage and re-open stalled opportunities
  • Ensure every patient has a defined next step with a timeline
  • Leverage multiple touchpoints (call, text, email) to drive response and action
  • Lead qualification and prioritization
  • Consult scheduling and show rate optimization
  • Case presentation and financial progression
  • Closing and surgical scheduling
  • Own and aggressively manage inbound leads with the goal of conversion and close
  • Initiate and control conversations to build trust and secure commitment
  • Schedule and position consults with a focus on show rate and readiness to buy
  • Lead and support consultations with a clear objective: case acceptance
  • Confidently handle objections, price sensitivity, and hesitation
  • Execute disciplined, multi-touch follow-up strategies to close uncommitted patients
  • Maintain accurate CRM tracking with clear next steps and close strategy
  • Partner with marketing to improve lead quality and conversion rates
  • Actively manage provider schedules to maximize revenue opportunities
