We're hiring a full-time Program Coordinator to lead our Independent Living Services (ILS) team in Santa Maria, CA . Our programs support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and/or mental illness by teaching independent living skills and providing individualized support in their homes and communities. Services include assisting with cooking, budgeting, healthcare coordination, benefits management, and other daily living skills based on personal goals and service plans. In this role, you'll coordinate services, supervise staff, and provide direct support to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.
