About The Position

The Physician Relations Program Coordinator III provides high-level administrative and operational support for the Physician Relations team. This role serves as a central hub for the department, overseeing complex scheduling, CRM data integrity, and the logistics of regional and national conferences. Acting with a high degree of independence, the Coordinator manages critical communication channels with community providers, ensures compliance with Stark Law expense tracking, and supports the Community Provider Executive Committee. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between strategy and execution, ensuring program goals are tracked, met, and continuously improved. SERIES CONCEPT: A program is a specialized area with specific complex components and discrete tasks which distinguish it from the main body of the organization. There is a defined plan to accomplish a particular objective with elements and scope that distinguish it from the usual scope and responsibilities of a department or functional area. The specialized tasks involve interpretation of policies, procedures and regulations, independent functioning and public contact. A program typically has a long-term focus with an expectation that the plan/program will serve or impact on-going needs or goals. The primary responsibilities and accountabilities are typically transferable from one program to another. The performance of administrative tasks are in support of the individual's performance specific to the program.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education/experience that demonstrates knowledge and competency.
  • Five (5) years program coordination support experience; including at least two (2) years of experience organizing multiple projects through to completion.
  • Experience working on process improvement projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience organizing multiple projects through to completion.
  • Successful track record convening and facilitating dialogue with multiple and diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with: drafting, editing and developing communications and/or reports.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in public health, health care or social services.
  • Experience working on continuous process improvement projects and thorough understanding of lean methodology.
  • Experience in coordinating events and/or project management.
  • Experience with budgeting.
