Requirements

  • A Master's degree in the Social Sciences and four (4) years experience in the initiation and supervision of program evaluation regarding the quality and effectiveness of Mental Health programs.
  • Be able to meet OMH credentialing requirements which include specific graduate course work including Psychopathology/Psychopathology Diagnostics/Clinical Assessments Practice with Family Therapy (DSM) and Medical Ethics.
  • Must be able to show evidence of clinical experience providing direct patient care. This experience may be documented as a practicum, internship, or post-graduate experience.
  • Have knowledge of laws, regulations, policies and procedures relevant to the area of employment.
  • Be able to exercise good judgment and discretion.
  • Have the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Be able to interpret and apply laws, regulations, policies and procedures.
  • Have the ability to communicate effectively.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish (or another language) are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Management of Clinic and programs, ensure admin team has all schedules full for the Florence Clinic.
  • Meet regularly with nursing and admin staff.
  • Represent the agency as requested in the community and build strong relationships with community stakeholders.
  • Provide oversight to the Crisis Department.
  • Ensure compliance with benchmarks and standards for Productivity Measures, Access to Services, Caseloads, Dormant Patients, and Patient Outcome Measures.
  • Quality Assurance and Accreditation
  • Customer Service, Cultural Competence, and Corporate Compliance.
  • Provide technical, clinical, and professional services in a program area of a state agency.
  • Manage the service delivery process associated with programs administered by an agency.
