Under the general direction of the Director of Training and Organizational Development, the program coordinator plays a vital role in supporting a dynamic and expanding portfolio of employee development initiatives across a three-college district. This individual will help implement and evaluate districtwide training programs, leadership cohorts, onboarding resources, and grant-supported initiatives-all designed to cultivate an inclusive workplace culture, continuous organizational learning, and a strong sense of belonging. The successful candidate will bring not only excellent organizational and communication skills, but also a deep sense of empathy, compassion, and emotional intelligence. Working regularly with senior leaders and diverse employee groups, the coordinator must balance professionalism and discretion with authentic warmth and interpersonal care. They will also be responsible for developing and delivering effective presentations to diverse audiences and supporting others in doing the same. Additional responsibilities include coordinating logistics, tracking participation and outcomes, preparing reports, and contributing to the design and evaluation of learning initiatives.
