About The Position

4‑H is America's largest youth development organization; giving kids a voice to express who they are and how they make their lives and communities better. 4‑H provides experiences where young people learn by doing. As a Program Coordinator I, you will: Coordinate learning and evaluation deliverables for the National 4-H Common Measures Project and the National 4-H Scaling PYD Project. Coordinate land grant universities who are engaged in national studies and delivering Health Rocks programming. Serve as a liaison between youth development professionals from other land grant universities and National 4-H Council partners engaged in grant funded evaluation, training and program delivery. Perform deliverables management, coordinate with other faculty members. Complete program training and evaluation design, analysis and reporting, and preparing quarterly updates to the donor. Build and engage in collaborative relationships with youth development professionals from other Land Grant Universities and partners National 4-H Council. There is potential for travel for national presentations and professional development. Responsibilities
