Utah State University’s Institute for Disability Research, Policy & Practice (IDRPP) is seeking a highly organized and proactive Program Coordinator I to manage and coordinate the continued growth of the EmployAbility Clinic. This position plays a key role in the planning, coordination, and implementation of the Paid Student Internship Program , with primary responsibility for managing the expansion of this program into Brigham City and surrounding communities . The Program Coordinator I will oversee day-to-day administrative, operational, and coordination functions of a focused service-oriented program, ensuring effective collaboration among students, faculty, staff, Vocational Rehabilitation, employers, and community partners. This role requires strong project management, communication, and organizational skills to support sustainable program growth. The Program Coordinator I reports to EmployAbility Clinic leadership and may train, coordinate, and direct student employees, interns, and/or volunteers in support of program operations and expansion efforts. This is an exempt, benefited position that can be hired between 75% - 100% time depending on program needs and the candidate selected. This position requires travel to Brigham City, UT and surrounding areas during the week.
