Nice To Haves

• Master's degree in Industrial Technology, Computer Science, Health and Physical Recreation, Sports Management or related discipline.
• Experience developing or managing eSports programs in higher education or community based organizations.
• Technical proficiency in gaming software, streaming platforms (e.g.. Twitch, YouTube Gaming) and broadcasting hardware.
• Grant writing and budget management experience.
• Familiarity with student recruitment, retention and workforce development initiatives in higher education.
