The Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) is a non-profit, bipartisan public policy organization established in 1962 to provide strategic insights and practical policy solutions to decision makers concerned with global security and prosperity. Over the years, it has grown to be one of the largest organizations of its kind, with a staff of some 250 employees, including more than 120 analysts working to address the changing dynamics of international security across the globe. The CSIS Energy Security and Climate Change Program is hiring a program coordinator to oversee a wide range of programmatic components, including executing events, providing support for research projects and program leadership, and managing social media and program branding. The program coordinator will be responsible for key tasks which enable the program to create superlative research products and enhance the program's ability to reach key audiences in government, civil society, private sector, and the public. We're seeking a creative and contentious talent who shines at developing and executing programmatic activities, demonstrates stellar attention to detail, and brings authentic passion to external communications. The annual salary range for this position is $57,000-$58,000 based on experience. The hired candidates will be paid hourly, commensurate with experience ($18.00/hour for current undergraduate hires, $19.00/hour for hires with a bachelor's degree, and $20.00/hour for hires with a master's degree).
