The position in the Call Center will utilize the Medicall application and work with the different departments and clinics to create an initial On Call Profile. Gathers schedule requirements, assigns access levels to the department and clinic resource for on going on call schedule creation, create on call profile/passwords, set up on call Short List for department and clinics, define instructions, train and review individual resources, pager numbers, carrier types, statuses and ID numbers. The position will be available on going to create new On Call Profiles for Department and clinics as they grow. This roles supporting the primary Senior Program Coordinator and working as a Lead Call Center Representative. The position in the Call Center will primary serve as a Call Center Coordinator by providing phone coverage for call transfers, code dispatch, and alarm monitoring, first line leadership support for operators, Call Center KPI Tracking and additional Call Center projects. They will also assist and provide support for the Senior On-Call Schedule Program coordinator with the monitoring and management on On-Call schedules. On-Call Schedule duties will include but not limited to monthly schedule tracking, schedule audits, monthly downtime preparations, and profile and schedule management and maintenance.
