The University of Arizona Cooperative Extension, Gila County is seeking an exceptional individual to support the 4-H Youth Development program as a Program Coordinator primarily in the southern Gila County area; this may also include some work in San Carlos, Payson, Young, Tonto Basin, and beyond. As Program Coordinator, they will create opportunities for youth to engage in evidence-based learning in schools or group settings and encourage youth to participate in local 4-H clubs and events. The program coordinator will help build relationships with schools and community organizations, and lead interactive lessons in agriculture, health, STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, and math) and civic engagement so youth can find their "spark" and discover new career possibilities.
