At Raytheon, the foundation of everything we do is rooted in our values and a higher calling – to help our nation and allies defend freedoms and deter aggression. We bring the strength of more than 100 years of experience and renowned engineering expertise to meet the needs of today’s mission and stay ahead of tomorrow’s threat. Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world. Advanced Common Products (ACP) is seeking a Program Controls Senior Finance Manager to support its growing portfolio of mission-critical technologies within Naval Power onsite in Tucson, AZ (relocation offered). ACP encompasses a suite of high-tech electronic solutions—including Ultra, IsoBlock, and ACE—developed by Raytheon and deployed across multiple missile variants within the business. These technologies are essential to program success and play a vital role in delivering top-tier defense capabilities to our warfighter. The program’s current primary focus is Ultra, an electronic unit that is completing development and transitioning into Low Rate Initial Production (LRIP). The Senior Manager role offers a unique opportunity to work within a cross-functional team to support cost and schedule execution while collaborating with multiple programs that utilize ACP products. This high-visibility position provides significant growth opportunities on a program with multiple funding sources, including Capital, IR&D, and prime contract program funding. With strong demand from our DoD customer, the role will provide critical guidance on capacity investments, unit cost estimates, proposal development, and cost and schedule management. In addition, the ACP Business Manager drives continuous process improvement by developing, recommending, and deploying best practices and strategies that align sound business principles across ACP while addressing the varying financial reporting requirements of receiving programs. This role is instrumental in fostering confidence, accountability, and dependability across all stakeholders. The position works closely with a core Integrated Program Team, including the Program Management Office, Engineering, Operations, Material Program Management, Quality, Pricing, and cross-functional teams from the receiving programs. Opportunities to interact with Raytheon senior leadership are an added benefit.
