The Manager, Program Controls position is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of program controls to ensure effective execution of projects while adhering to the highest standards of quality and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of program management methodologies and tools, coupled with excellent leadership capabilities. In this role, you will collaborate closely with project teams, stakeholders, and executive management to establish and maintain comprehensive program control systems that enhance visibility and accountability. You will be tasked with evaluating and mitigating risks, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring timely delivery of milestones. Furthermore, you will lead the facilitation of performance reviews and deliverables, utilizing data-driven insights to continuously improve processes and drive successful project outcomes.

  • Demonstrated ability to understand and identify key business issues from multi-disciplinary perspectives.

  • Bachelor’s degree is required (Finance or Business/preferred discipline) or in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Advanced degree, MBA or MS is preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and interpersonal skills, with the ability to speak and write persuasively.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams; ability to develop and maintain internal and external trusting, professional relationships.
