The Workforce & Organization (W&O) is Capgemini Invent’s people‑led transformation capability, focused on helping organizations adapt their workforce, operating models, and ways of working to deliver sustainable business outcomes. W&O partners with clients to design and implement future‑ready organizations—aligning strategy, talent, culture, and technology to enable large‑scale transformation and improved workforce performance.Your RoleAs a consultant you’ll impact organizational change strategy work stream transformations, which can include a wide range of programs such as leadership and culture changes, technology transformations, stakeholder engagement, establishing and delivering organizational change adoption initiatives and/or driving AI adoption and other workforce transformation, and ensuring delivery translates into measurable adoption and sustained behavioral change. This helps leaders to align on purpose, culture, and workforce capabilities. This work sits at the intersection of strategy, people, technology and performance.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years in change management, transformation, communications, or PMO roles
  • Strong writing/storytelling; comfortable presenting and facilitating
  • Organized, detail-oriented, reliable in fast-moving programs
  • Familiarity with OCM frameworks and adoption measurement and agentic workflows
  • Strong collaboration across business and technology teams
  • Basic understanding of how AI‑enabled tools and solutions are applied in organizational change contexts, including their role in supporting change strategy, execution, and the human change journey.

Responsibilities

  • Support stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and change plans
  • Develop communications and engagement materials (toolkits, messaging, FAQs)
  • Support training planning/content development and enablement execution
  • Track adoption metrics and feedback; synthesize insights into actions
  • Support change network operations and governance cadences
  • Produce executive-ready change updates and dashboards
