If you're highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a dynamic environment, Regions Hospital/RHSC is seeking a highly motivated Program Associate to join our team Graduate Medical Education (GME) team. The Program Associate, Graduate Medical Education (GME) is responsible for the overall administration of the Hand Fellowship and the Foot & Ankle Residency ensuring full compliance with ACGME and CPME accreditation policies and institutional requirements. This position works in close partnership with the physician Program Directors and faculty leadership to oversee day-to-day program operations, trainee education, and continuous improvement. The Program Associate performs graduate education planning, implementation and coordination for all activities involving medical students, residents, and fellows. This includes overseeing all compliance documentation, coordinating rotation schedules, and scheduling all graduate education conferences. The role is also responsible for orientation, administration, and evaluation of all trainees. Additionally, the Program Associate serves as a key liaison, facilitating communication between faculty, residents, and external stakeholders while managing internal and external program relations. Demonstrates Service Excellence at all times. Other duties as assigned. The position requires a comprehensive and detailed understanding of national accreditation policies and hospital policies, and a high degree of initiative, organization and independent judgment.
