About The Position

This position may qualify for a sign-on bonus. Full Time Days Job Summary Provides management to the Graduate Medical Educaiton (GME) department in the absence of the director. Must have direct reports. Ability to hire, fire and discipline staff. Responsibilities Under the direction of the National Director, manages the operations of the GME for the hospital to include but not limited to ensuring accreditation, GME budgets and revenue, physician recruitment, and physician contracting. Ensures proper CMS reporting for their program.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5 years of experience in GME field
