Filing incoming program materials such as eligibility and verification documentation, employment plans, progress reports, copies of credentials according to file system Searching for and investigating information contained in files, maintaining a file tracking system, keeping files current and supplying information from file data or remove files upon request; purging files in accordance with local, State and Federal regulations Collect program eligibility documents and schedule intake appointments with Career Advisors Covering the reception and career center areas, answering phones, greeting customers and assisting job seekers, on an as needed basis Providing administrative support and completing special projects as assigned by the Director and Managers Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs

Requirements

  • High school diploma or General Education Diploma required
  • Related clerical experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 2000 is required
  • Must be detail-oriented and understand filing systems
  • Must be very organized and have the ability to handle a fast-paced office environment and multiple tasks simultaneously

Responsibilities
