Requirements
- 18+ with a high school diploma (or equivalent)
- At least 1 year of experience in human services (preferred)
- CPR/First Aid knowledge (or willingness to obtain)
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
- Strong communication and attention to detail
Nice To Haves
- At least 1 year of experience in human services (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support to older adults and individuals with: Brain injuries, Intellectual/developmental disabilities, Behavioral or mental health needs
- Assist with daily living activities (ADLs)
- Help plan and lead fun, engaging group and individual activities
- Promote independence, self-esteem, and social skills
- Ensure safety, care, and emotional support at all times
