This allows seniors to obtain quality healthcare while remaining active and involved in the community and continuing to live in their own homes. Requirements

18+ with a high school diploma (or equivalent)
CPR/First Aid knowledge (or willingness to obtain)
Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
Strong communication and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of experience in human services (preferred)

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on support to older adults and individuals with: Brain injuries Intellectual/developmental disabilities Behavioral or mental health needs
Assist with daily living activities (ADLs)
Help plan and lead fun, engaging group and individual activities
Promote independence, self-esteem, and social skills
Ensure safety, care, and emotional support at all times
