We are currently seeking to fill various Program and Project Coordinator vacancies within the Probation Department and Employment and Human Services Department, however, the eligible list established from this recruitment may also be used to fill other countywide vacancies as they arise. The Office of Reentry & Justice (ORJ), an administrative unit within the Probation Department, aligns and advances the County's public safety realignment, reentry, and justice programs for adult and juvenile justice systems. ORJ oversees the implementation of AB 109 Community Programs, conducts research and data analysis to support data-driven decision-making, and provides staffing support to reentry and justice-related advisory bodies. The Office of Reentry & Justice at the Probation Department is currently recruiting to fill (1) one Program and Projects Coordinator vacancy. Under the direction of the Program Manager, this position will monitor the performance of contracted reentry service providers, assess service delivery for quality assurance, and apply evidence-based practices. The role also involves managing projects across their lifecycle and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
