About The Position

For this opportunity, we are seeking a highly motivated, team-oriented Program Management Office (PMO) Analyst . This exciting position will have the chance to work on financial analysis, project and program performance reporting, forecasting, variance identification, and PMO process improvement in support of various program offices and related back-office efforts. What does this mean to you? We are seeking expertise in financial analysis and program support such as: Proven expertise in financial analysis and project performance reporting Experience in program and project management support, including budgets, expenditures, variances, and forecasting Ability to apply analytical methods, historical trend analysis, and standard forecasting approaches to achieve better program visibility and decision-making Ability to validate data accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate with program teams to resolve issues Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks, support mitigation planning, and communicate cross-functionally on project metrics

Requirements

  • 3 + years of relevant experience
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain Active DoD Secret Clearance
  • Proven expertise in financial analysis and project performance reporting
  • Experience in program and project management support, including budgets, expenditures, variances, and forecasting
  • Ability to apply analytical methods, historical trend analysis, and standard forecasting approaches to achieve better program visibility and decision-making
  • Ability to validate data accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate with program teams to resolve issues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks, support mitigation planning, and communicate cross-functionally on project metrics
