SFS is looking for Program Analyst level 1-2 for a pending proposal to support the Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR) which leads the nation's medical and public health preparedness for, response to, and recovery from disasters and public health emergencies in the DHHS. Protecting and building resilience into the critical infrastructure and key resources of the United States - against all hazards-based scenarios - is essential to the Nation's security, public health, safety, and economic vitality. Their infrastructure network includes thousands of essential facilities and plants, transportation networks, and information technology systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Program Analyst 1: 0–3 years relevant experience
• Program Analyst 2: 4–9 years relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Support cybersecurity coordination activities by assisting with information sharing, meeting participation, and documentation of program actions.
• Participate in meetings and conference calls at the direction of the Government Project Lead to support program coordination and execution.
• Complete all required personnel training activities necessary to support contract and program requirements.
• Initiate, coordinate, and conduct public health and program analysis to support planning, monitoring, and decision-making for cybersecurity and public health initiatives.
• Provide programmatic support for emergency operations activities, including planning, response, recovery, and exercises, with responsibility for analysis and reporting of program impacts
