About The Position

Summit Federal Services, LLC (SFS) with headquarters in Oakland, Maryland, is a fast growing woman owned Small Business and HUBZone company with an outstanding record of performance providing more effective and efficient acquisition, business process, training, IT, administrative and security services to multiple federal agencies. SFS is looking for Management Analyst levels 1-2 for a pending proposal to support the Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR) which leads the nation's medical and public health preparedness for, response to, and recovery from disasters and public health emergencies in the DHHS. Protecting and building resilience into the critical infrastructure and key resources of the United States - against all hazards-based scenarios - is essential to the Nation's security, public health, safety, and economic vitality. Their infrastructure network includes thousands of essential facilities and plants, transportation networks, and information technology systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Management Analyst 1: 0–3 years of experience supporting management, administrative, or operational activities
  • Management Analyst 2: 4–9 years of experience providing management, operational, or coordination support for government program

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to partnership communications and organizational records management activities to ensure accurate documentation and information flow.
  • Plan and support in-person meetings, conferences, and routine coordination activities, including scheduling, logistics, and preparation of meeting materials.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support, including document preparation, task tracking, and routine coordination under government direction.
  • Lead or independently coordinate management and operational support activities, including overseeing records management practices and ensuring consistency with program and federal requirements.
  • Support emergency operations planning, response, recovery, and exercise activities by coordinating stakeholders, tracking operational actions, and advising on process improvements.
