Ventus Executive Solutions is seeking a skilled Program Analyst to support an innovative program. You will directly support the Director working across government programs. You will help identify, assess, and accelerate adoption of emerging technologies that improve submarine maintenance quality, throughput, and manpower efficiency. You will engage stakeholders across multiple agencies, shipyards, warfare centers, and industry partners to evaluate feasibility, compatibility, and operational impact of new technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical, business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience supporting DoD, Navy, or submarine programs.
  • Knowledge of submarine systems, including Hull, Mechanical and Electrical (HM&E) and Non-Propulsion Electronics Systems (NPES).
  • Familiarity with shipyard maintenance processes and sustainment operations.
  • Understanding of Technical Manuals, Ship System Manuals (SSMs), Maintenance Standards.
  • Experience researching, analyzing, and synthesizing data for senior leadership decision-making.
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and organizations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
  • Clearance: Secret required

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in a technical or business-related field.
  • Prior submarine experience (former Submarine Junior Officer or enlisted submarine ratings).
  • Experience working within NAVSEA, PEO Submarines, or Maritime Industrial Base organizations.
  • Familiarity with Office of Naval Research, Planning Yards, or Naval Warfare Centers.
  • Experience evaluating and transitioning emerging technologies into operational environments.
  • Strong program management and stakeholder engagement skills.
