Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively. Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to the Navy ERP and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management. Performs analytical and evaluative work requiring a comprehensive knowledge of: (1) operations and practices; (2) pertinent statutory or regulatory provisions; and (3) the Navy ERP solution.
