About The Position

ZelTech is seeking a detail-oriented and highly experienced Senior Program Analyst to provide programmatic, financial, and strategic planning support for Unmanned Systems (UxS) initiatives. This position will play a critical role in managing technical instruction execution, supporting decision-making processes, and ensuring alignment with cost, schedule, and performance goals across multiple projects in research, development, and fielding of autonomous maritime and aerial systems for the Government Customer.

Requirements

  • Must be a US citizen.
  • Must have an active SECRET clearance.
  • BA or Advanced degree in a business or technical field.
  • 10 or more years' experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience in U.S. Navy programs or operations.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to interface with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in program analysis, defense acquisition, or systems engineering support.
  • Demonstrated experience in program documentation control.
  • Successful background and drug screening check.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting Navy R&D, acquisition, or sustainment programs related to unmanned.
  • Familiarity with Navy program documentation and reporting requirements.
  • Experience with risk management, configuration management, and DoD acquisition lifecycle frameworks.
  • Working knowledge of SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, or similar project management tools.
  • Experience supporting multidisciplinary technical programs.

Responsibilities

  • Support all aspects of program planning, tracking, and execution for UxS development and sustainment efforts.
  • Analyze and interpret technical and business data to support the development of acquisition strategies, performance metrics, and risk mitigation plans.
  • Provide lifecycle program support, including resource planning, milestone tracking, budget development, and cost analysis.
  • Facilitate program reviews, working groups, and technical meetings by preparing agendas, read-ahead materials, and post-meeting documentation.
  • Collaborate with technical leads and project managers to ensure seamless coordination between engineering tasks and program requirements.
  • Assist in test planning and logistics support, including the development of test objectives and data collection plans.
  • Track and document test execution and results; support the preparation of test reports and post-event analysis.
