Our work depends on a TS/SCI cleared Chief of Staff joining our team to support our intelligence customer in Springfield, VA. HOW A PROGRAM ANALYST SENIOR - STAFFING WILL MAKE AN IMPACT The Program Analyst Senior - Staffing is a functional leader working strategically across a portfolio of programs to: Conduct Long range planning for staffing needs across the portfolio of programs Creating requisitions and organizing new positions Track and drive targeted hiring/incumbent capture Identify opportunities to use internal resources vs new hires Implementing employee retention strategies o Conduct transition for newly awarded initiatives/programs o Engage with existing and new vendors - plan requirements, schedule events, define agenda o Gather requirements, track and push Bill of Material (BoM) data gathering, tracking and pushing to closure o Prepare, schedule and conduct dry runs for Financial Management Reviews (FMR) o Prepare, schedule and conduct dry runs for Program Management Reviews (PMR) o Support and coordinate growth requirements: Request for Information (RFI) responses Request for Proposal (RFP) responses Past performance responses Organic growth opportunities on current programs o Facilitate conference demonstrations, travel, organization preparation o New program requirement estimation, tracking/assignments and responses o Clearly and concisely articulates needs to the team with the goal of advancing progress o Builds relationships with internal and external teams o Add value to the team with little direction and guidance o Identify gaps in processes, opportunities for improvement and creates plans for implementation o Prioritize initiatives/requirements with little guidance GDIT IS YOUR PLACE At GDIT, the mission is our purpose, and our people are at the center of everything we do. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field
  • Minimum of 2 year's experience as a project manager
  • 5 years of experience working in IT
  • Very strong organizational, communication and time management skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Advanced level MS Office suite of tools
  • Experience with short and long range planning
  • Process oriented but flexible in adapting a process to meet internal needs
  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • US Citizenship Required

Nice To Haves

  • 2-3 years of experience working in a software development environment
  • PMP
  • SAFe certification
