HOW A PROGRAM ANALYST SENIOR - STAFFING WILL MAKE AN IMPACT The Program Analyst Senior - Staffing is a functional leader working strategically across a portfolio of programs to: Conduct Long range planning for staffing needs across the portfolio of programs Creating requisitions and organizing new positions Track and drive targeted hiring/incumbent capture Identify opportunities to use internal resources vs new hires Implementing employee retention strategies Conduct transition for newly awarded initiatives/programs Engage with existing and new vendors – plan requirements, schedule events, define agenda Gather requirements, track and push Bill of Material (BoM) data gathering, tracking and pushing to closure Prepare, schedule and conduct dry runs for Financial Management Reviews (FMR) Prepare, schedule and conduct dry runs for Program Management Reviews (PMR) Support and coordinate growth requirements: Request for Information (RFI) responses Request for Proposal (RFP) responses Past performance responses Organic growth opportunities on current programs Facilitate conference demonstrations, travel, organization preparation New program requirement estimation, tracking/assignments and responses Clearly and concisely articulates needs to the team with the goal of advancing progress Builds relationships with internal and external teams Add value to the team with little direction and guidance Identify gaps in processes, opportunities for improvement and creates plans for implementation Prioritize initiatives/requirements with little guidance
