About The Position

Crowned Grace International is seeking a Program Analyst / Knowledge Management Analyst to support a U.S. Coast Guard headquarters organization by maintaining and enhancing SharePoint portals used for acquisition program documentation, governance coordination, and operational efficiency. This role focuses on content management, usability, workflow support, and process enablement , ensuring that SharePoint sites remain accurate, accessible, and aligned with organizational standards. The ideal candidate has experience supporting federal organizations using SharePoint as a business and knowledge management platform , not as a custom-developed IT system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Public Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience supporting SharePoint in a content management or knowledge management capacity.
  • Experience maintaining document repositories, portals, or collaboration sites for federal or enterprise organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize, manage, and present information clearly and consistently.
  • Strong written communication skills, including experience developing SOPs, process guides, or user documentation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, OneDrive), and standard desktop applications
  • Ability to work collaboratively with government stakeholders and follow formal approval processes.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting DHS, DoD, or civilian federal agencies.
  • Familiarity with federal acquisition or governance environments
  • Experience recommending or implementing low-code solutions (e.g., SharePoint lists, Power Automate, dashboards)
  • Knowledge of records management or document governance best practices
  • Experience supporting metrics tracking or operational performance reporting.
  • Prior experience working in a headquarters or policy-focused organization.
  • Familiarity with USCG or DHS standards for collaboration tools and documentation

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update SharePoint portal sites, including acquisition program document repositories and governance portals.
  • Upload, file, organize, and link approved acquisition documents in accordance with established standards.
  • Ensure SharePoint site design, structure, and navigation promote usability and efficient access for users.
  • Validate content accuracy, ensure links remain functional, and perform regular quality checks.
  • Update SharePoint content and links at least monthly, or as directed by the COR.
  • Coordinate with government stakeholders to obtain approval prior to implementing significant changes to site layout or functionality.
  • Provide well-researched recommendations for SharePoint enhancements or approved USCG Standard Workstation tools (e.g., dashboards, low-code automation)
  • Develop approved tools following COR authorization and ensure alignment with organizational standards.
  • Create and maintain user-friendly process guides and job aids to support SharePoint tools and workflows.
  • Update process documentation at least annually or as procedures and tools change.
  • Support metrics collection related to timeliness, accuracy, usability, and operational efficiency.
