MetaPhase supports a federal strategic communications and training section that develops policy-informed communications, delivers targeted training, and ensures messaging aligns with regulatory standards and national security priorities. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to produce accurate, accessible content and training solutions that strengthen compliance, promote data integrity and support informed decision-making across the program. In support of this project, MetaPhase is seeking a Program Analyst with at least three (3) years of experience to provide project coordination, performance tracking, and direct operational support to the federal customer. The Program Analyst role will drive high-quality deliverables through strong drafting and written communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to proactively identify and resolve issues. The Program Analyst will work independently to manage tasks efficiently while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely execution across project activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience supporting business processes activities.
  • Demonstrated experience managing tasks, tracking progress, and reporting on project performance.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day program support, ensuring accurate documentation and consistent execution.
  • Track project activities, milestones, and deliverables to ensure work stays on schedule and aligned with program objectives.
  • Develop and maintain project status reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and support mitigation planning and resolution efforts.
