About The Position

We are seeking a Program Analyst III to provide project and logistical support for our federal public health client. This is a hybrid remote position in Atlanta, GA.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in coordinating and project managing activities.
  • Demonstrated ability to track progress and ensure the successful implementation of workplans.
  • Strong collaborative skills, with a track record of coordinating with diverse team members to allocate responsibilities for project components.
  • Experience in attending partner calls, capturing detailed notes, and tracking partner questions and requests.
  • Proficient in organizing and facilitating meetings to ensure productive discussions and outcomes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in drafting email communications, responses, and notes for effective documentation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including advanced Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Superior multi-tasking and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize assignments, while remaining flexible to changing priorities and new initiatives.
  • Ability to pass required Federal background screening and obtain and maintain both government clearance.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • Bachelor’s degree in in public health, business, or related field.

  • Previous experience with public health programs, policies, procedures, and communication activities preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide consultation support to the federal client for onboarding of new personnel, including time and attendance, documentation for fingerprinting, security checks, ID Badges, and Cardkeys for new and current staff members and visitors.
  • Provide consultation support to the client working environment and that supplies are available, office equipment is functional and inventoried, meetings are scheduled with proper space and dial-in numbers, invoices are entered into ICE, and there is a designated POC for client automated & administrative systems.
  • Develop, process, and track of a variety of records and reports.
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies/equipment, process supply and equipment purchases and requests, and request maintenance/repair services.
  • Serve as time clerk for program/team, processing staff records for time and attendance (including maintaining leave requests, travel comp time, etc.
  • Process and track travel requests, including authorizations and vouchers; training and purchase requests; ICAP approval; and requests for announcements, approvals, and notifications for approved travelers.
  • Mail packages and documents as requested by the program/team and collect and distribute mail.
  • Ensure new staff are equipped with office equipment, phone setup, and orientation.
  • Schedule conference calls, reserve meeting space, and provide coordination/logistical support for meetings or conferences.
