About The Position

Mayvin is seeking a Program Analyst I to provide comprehensive administrative, analytical, and operational support to the U.S. Marshals Service Capitol Regional Fugitive Task Force. The Program Analyst will contribute to the efficient execution of task force operations by managing documentation, coordinating program activities, and performing other duties as assigned. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • One year of experience in administrative support
  • Ability to develop and sustain relationships with internal staff and external partners
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to change.
  • Ability to adapt to new systems and process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and organize information from various sources such as records, computer files, previous studies, interviews, and accountable property
  • Review and analyze submitted documents for completeness and accuracy, including reviewing various invoices and financial records related to fund transfers
  • Collaborate in groups or teams on special projects to achieve program goals
  • Communicate via telephone and/or e-mail with high-level officials throughout the agency, as well as other contract affiliates, and prepare correspondence related to program issues for higher-level signatures
  • Developing and maintaining logs and databases to monitor financial and budgetary program activities
