About The Position

Leidos is seeking an ambitious and experienced Program Ally Training & Workforce Development Manager to support the Ameren Illinois Energy Efficiency Program. This is a unique opportunity to lead transformative workforce development efforts by delivering high-impact technical training, building strategic relationships, and supporting the growth of energy efficiency efforts across both residential and business sectors. The Program Ally Training & Workforce Development Manager will work closely with the Portfolio Program Ally Manager, Business and Residential Ally Managers, Field Teams, Quality Team, and other partners to create and implement a systematic and collaborative Program Ally training and workforce development strategy for the Ameren Illinois Energy Efficiency Program. Location: Ameren Illinois and Leidos believe it is very important to provide employment opportunities to the utility ratepayers that reside in Illinois. Therefore, there is strong preference for the successful candidate to be located in the Ameren Illinois service territory. Although this role will primarily support the Ameren Illinois Energy Efficiency Program, Leidos will be the employer of the person, Ameren Illinois does not take any role in selecting the person for employment, and Ameren Illinois will not have any role in managing the work performed by the person. If you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling. At Leidos, we outthink, outbuild, and outpace the status quo — because the mission demands it. We're not hiring followers. We're recruiting the ones who disrupt, provoke, and refuse to fail. Step 10 is ancient history. We're already at step 30 — and moving faster than anyone else dares.
