The Center for Violence Prevention and Community Safety at Arizona State University (ASU) is seeking a qualified candidate for a supervised, part-time (20 hours a week) staff position. The selected candidate must be available to work in person at the Tucson Police Department (TPD). They must also be able to pass background checks by the TPD and ASU. The qualified candidate must also possess an undergraduate degree by the time they begin work. This position involves performing routine tasks, including accessing TPD data systems, basic data entry from data files, and compiling information for entry into a CDC database. They will also be responsible for assisting the project manager with routine project-related tasks. This position is eligible for ASU employee benefits and for participation in the ABOR Employee Qualified Tuition Reduction Program.
