About The Position
The Arc of Cumberland & Perry Counties (CPARC) is a human services agency that is seeking a Program Aide for our Life Time Adult Day Program in Lemoyne. The Program Aide supports adult participants with daily care needs, meal service, and structured activities. This position helps maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment while ensuring compliance with individual care plans, agency policies, and safety procedures Work Schedule: This is a part time 2 0 hours/week position. Monday- Friday 9:30am to 1:30pm Compensation: Part-time position starting pay is $13.18 per hour. Benefits: Dental, vision, retirement, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, 60 hours of paid time off during the first year, and paid training.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be physically able to care for the participants in the program.
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma or its equivalent preferred.
- Secondary education or equivalent work experience in working with people who have disabilities preferred.
