We are seeking an experienced Program Administrator to lead the operational, administrative, and regulatory functions of a licensed Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment program in New Jersey. This role carries primary responsibility for day-to-day program administration, staffing oversight, and quality assurance. The Program Administrator ensures the organization operates in full compliance with New Jersey Department of Human Services (DHS), DMHAS, and applicable licensing standards while supporting high-quality, ethical treatment delivery. This is a senior leadership role requiring demonstrated experience in SUD program administration. Clinical licensures are not required, but deep familiarity with SUD treatment operations and regulatory expectations is essential. The Program Administrator is a keystone position. Strong leadership in this role directly impacts regulatory standing, financial stability, staff retention, and the program’s long-term viability. This is not a passive or ceremonial role; it requires decisiveness, organization, and comfort operating under regulatory scrutiny.
