About The Position

Spurwink is hiring a Program Administrator to work with our Children's Day Treatment Programs. This individual will provide administrative support to our clinical staff by assisting with coordination of referral and transfer student documents, program visits, and intake IEPs and placement IEP documents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years relevant experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct daily classroom support throughout the milieu.
  • Provide complete and thorough oversight of administrative functions, such as review of bi-weekly timesheets, review of financial documents, completion of schedules, assuring that subordinates complete required trainings, homes meet licensing standards, etc.
  • Assist with staffing coordination (scheduling) and hiring/interviewing of new staff.
  • Assure the timely production and correspondence of educational documents and agency reports.
  • Participate in routinely-scheduled supervision/administrative meetings with staff.
  • Assist with coordinating referral and transfer student documents, program visits, and intake IEPs and placement IEP documents.
