The Program Administrative Manager (PAM) provides leadership and oversight for program administration and documentation systems across CSAAC’s Residential, Vocational Day, and Educational programs. This role ensures the full implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of CSAAC’s Service Documentation Policy to safeguard funding, ensure regulatory compliance, and enhance operational quality. The PAM manages the Program Administrative Specialist, oversees complex documentation workflows (including Person-Centered Plans), and serves as a strategic partner to executive leadership. The PAM office operates as an extension of the Finance Directorate and reports to the CFO and Controller, collaborating closely with Program Directors, Quality Assurance, Finance, Information Systems, HR, and Training.
