Key responsibilities of the role include identifying risks, coordinating activities for successful fulfillment, and communicating status updates. The role's primary purpose is to provide the support and exceptional internal and external communication necessary to deliver successful outcomes for large-scale, seasonal customer demand. This role is hands-on, and it will require regular interaction on various technology platforms.
