About The Position
The University of Miami School of Law seeks applications from tenured lateral candidates with subject-matter expertise in Trusts & Estates to join our vibrant community beginning in Spring 2027. We welcome applications from outstanding scholars who will add to the diversity of our faculty, contribute to the intellectual life of the school, enhance our teaching mission, and engage in meaningful service. We are particularly interested in candidates with subject-matter expertise in Trusts & Estates and demonstrated experience in law school leadership .
